In Love With Lace

Lace has always been a striking symbol of femininity and timelessness, this fabric is used to create a sense of the chic and the classic. Lace is the perfect option for wedding guests, mothers of the bride and bridal parties (and the bride herself!). This is because of what it symbolises and its roots in the history of delicate styles and feminine silhouettes. Lace and florals go together hand in hand, with lace patterns twirling and swirling together to mimic frolicking florals and dancing daisies. Lace dresses can be suitable in any colour, from darker shades like navy for an evening affair to lighter shades like pink and rose gold for a more day time occasion.

This season we are in love with lace and we want to see it swaying in the summer afternoon breeze and being paired with pearly headbands and jewel dripped earrings. Look your most feminine and flirty self in a lacey number that will have you forever day dreaming about garden parties and whimsical weekends. You will feel ever so weightless and on top of the world in a lacey, drapey number.

Lighter Lace

Light to the touch and easy on the eye. Light colours in light fabrics are the combination you didn’t know you needed. Light lacey material coincides with light pinks and seasonal sage greens. A lace dresses in a light colour is the number one choice for a daytime affair. Garden party goers will turn their heads when they see you in such a delicate beauty. Pair light lace styles with pearl speckled earrings and dainty headbands.

Lacey Pops

Candy pops and delicate drops are a match made in heaven. Go big and go bold this season in lacey numbers that bring the colour. Embroidered dresses will emblazon your wedding season with the pops of colour it so very needs. Lacey lilacs and bright bluebells will paint you happy at you next event.

Midnight Lace

Those late night weddings and autumn nuptials sometimes call for darker shades to be worn, and navy or black will definitely do. Lace dresses are the perfect choice, especially when they come in darker colourways. Pair navy or black lace dresses with silver or gold jewellery and some metallic coloured heels.
