When will my order arrive?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking information. You can check the status of your order by copying your order number into the AusPost App/ Website for live updates on delivery date/time estimations.

What is your return policy/ how to request a return?

 Can I return a final sale item?

Final Sale items are products that have a reduced price and are marked with Final Sale on the product page. These items cannot be returned.

Can I exchange my item?

Our systems do not currently facilitate exchanges. Therefore, customers who have purchased full priced items are welcome to return their order and with the refund, place a new order for the correct size.

How can I find this dress in store?

Under the “add to cart” button there is a “Find in Store” button, click here and enter the colour, size and your postcode to locate a store with stock. Direct phone numbers are provided for each store on the store search.
