Montique Moments: Marc & Jordana Beatty
A spring celebration in soft blue, set against the shores of Sydney Harbour.
For Marc and Jordana Beatty, their wedding day was more than a decade in the making. Having first met 11 years ago while they were both still in high school, their story has grown alongside them, making the day they finally said I do all the more meaningful.
After becoming engaged in May 2025, Jordana began planning a spring wedding defined by soft tones, delicate details and a relaxed Hamptons-inspired palette.
Finding the right bridesmaid dresses became one of the more challenging parts of the planning, with Jordana searching for a silhouette that would work beautifully across different sizes and shapes. After weeks of appointments and trying different styles, she came across a single blue Montique gown in a boutique. With no bridesmaids there that day, her mum and aunt stepped in to try it on and the search was over.
“We instantly fell in love with it. The fabric was the first drawcard, with the embossed florals to match our spring Hamptons theme, the perfect blue to match our invitations and foliage, and the shoulder bow the perfect touch.”
The bridesmaids wore the Wren Sky Blue Jacquard One Shoulder Gown, bringing the soft spring palette together beautifully and finally ticking one of the biggest decisions off the wedding list.
The wedding began at St Mark’s in Darling Point, where the choir sang and bells rang before guests made their way to Zest Point Piper for the reception. With Sydney turning on a beautiful spring day, the celebrations continued overlooking Rose Bay, with cocktail hour and canapés at sunset alongside a dumpling and gnocchi station. Downstairs, the reception space carried the same light, coastal feeling, with oyster-shell pearl feature walls setting the scene for the evening.

The finishing touches were deeply personal. Marc and Jordana hand-painted oyster shells to use as place cards, while napkins were embroidered in their signature shade of blue with their initials and wedding date. Each guest also received a specially designed card capturing details from the couple’s life together — favourite foods, places, pets and memories collected over the years. From the soft blue bridesmaid gowns to the handmade details around the table, the day came together as a reflection of Marc and Jordana themselves: personal, considered and a fitting celebration of a love story more than a decade in the making.
