Instagram Stylist for a Day Competition Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF GIVE AWAY COMPETITION

1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
3. Competition hosted by Intermoda Pty Ltd T/A Montique Clothing
4. Employees and their immediate families of Montique Clothing are ineligible to enter
5. Competition commences 12pm AEST on 22nd July 2021 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 22nd July 2021
6. Entry via our Instagram Story and Page Only.
7. Multiple entries are permitted. Entrants who shared the “giveaway” story to their personal stories will receive 2 automatic entries.
8. Intermoda reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who Intermoda has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
9. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, Intermoda reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
10. The winner will be selected at random at our office, 101A/55 Grafton Street Bondi Junction NSW 2022.
11. There will be one (1) winner. The winners will be announced on our “Giveaway” Story on 23^rd July and notified via Direct Message within 24 hours of the draw closing. Winners consist of person following Montique Clothing, submitting a Name on the question app, and Liking at least one post on Montique Clothing Instagram page.
12. Intermoda’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The prize is a total of one (1) Fur Poncho, retail value $199.95 each.
14. If within 5 business days of completion Intermoda “Montique Clothing” is unable to contact the winner to claim the prize, the winner will forfeit the prize in its entirety. Intermoda is not liable for a winner who cannot be contacted.
15. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
16. As a condition of accepting a prize, the winner(s) must sign any legal documentation in the form required by the Intermoda in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
17. Intermoda collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion. Entry is conditional on providing this personal information. Intermoda will also use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.montiqueclothing.com.au/pages/privacy. In addition to any use that may be outlined in Montique Clothing’s Privacy Policy, Intermoda, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending e-mails to the entrant. Intermoda will not disclose personal information to any entity outside of Australia.
